Once we fully understand your requirements, we document the solution — be it an “out-of-the-box” deployment or a service with multiple 3rd party touchpoints. The documented solution includes complete architecture for video, authentication, APIs, and integrations, from ingest to playback.
When your service goes live, our dedicated technical account team is on hand to provide the latest training on Simplestream products and new features. As your services grow and expand, new integrations or features may be required. These will be scoped by our solutions architects and seamlessly incorporated into your customer roadmap.
It was critical for Channel 4 to be able to offer our live streams to OTT viewers in an accessible environment. Simplestream’s platform was easy to integrate with our services, it satisfied our requirement of flexibility to work with third parties and high levels of stability throughout the Tokyo 2020 Paralyimpic Games.
